We ask for a β¬10 deposit to confirm your order. Unfortunately, it often happens that some orders aren't picked up, which causes us to lose shipping costs. This deposit helps us ensure both parties are treated with integrity.

How long does shipping take?
Your package will arrive at your home within 2-3 working days. You will receive tracking information directly via WhatsApp or email.
How do returns and refunds work?
If you don't like an item and you're not satisfied, we're not obligated to refund it. If the item is too small, we can change the size (returns are not free). We only refund if the product is damaged or because we shipped the wrong item. In any case, we have WhatsApp support.
